Accessibility Statement

Draft policy for attorney review before publication.

DRAFT — ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED. This document is a working operational outline, not legal advice or an approved public policy.

Purpose and scope

This policy applies to use of DirectPrimaryCareDirectory.com and should be conformed to actual product behavior, service providers, payment terms, retention practices, and applicable law before launch.

Core platform disclosure

Listings, ratings, reviews, verification badges, featured placements, premium status, and sponsored placements do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, clinical judgment, guarantee, or warranty by the directory. Users must independently verify practice information and determine whether a service is appropriate.

Fairness and transparency

Sponsored and featured placements must be clearly labeled. Paid status cannot purchase a better rating or suppress a legitimate review. Objective comparison fields are displayed only when they can be compared fairly and with appropriate context.

User rights and requests

Users should receive accessible methods to ask questions, correct information, report content, request data access or deletion where applicable, appeal moderation decisions, and report security concerns.

Review checklist

  • Confirm governing law, jurisdiction, age requirements, and defined terms.
  • Confirm privacy disclosures, cookies, vendors, analytics, retention, and data-request procedures.
  • Confirm pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, dispute, chargeback, and tax rules.
  • Confirm healthcare, advertising, professional-advice, and industry-specific disclaimers.
  • Confirm accessibility, copyright, moderation, appeals, and security-reporting procedures.

Do not publish as attorney-approved until counsel has reviewed and the Super Admin has explicitly approved it.
